I purchased this boat as a Christmas gift for my boys. It was a blast playing with this boat out on the lake at first. But, after half a day the right propeller stopped working. Then the battery wouldn’t hold a charge. The worst part was I sent it back to distributer and they never reimbursed me my money back! They informed me that they never received it even though I sent it through UPS. The over all experience was awful.
Bought this as a gift to a family of three boys. The toy performs better than expected, moves rapidly and with assurance through the waters of a large community pool. The problem was that the boys ages 2,5 and 8 took the controller into the pool and shorted out the box. I had given this as a gift hence I did not have the instruction booklet and didn’t know what to do when it got dipped in the pool. Also, certain parts (plastic) were clipped onto the frame, they needed to be cemented, they popped off during the trial run. Overall, was satisfied, the price was right, just need to find another control unit
This boat is fast! It is a great boat. The only problem for me is that it takes about 4 hours to charge the boat, but you only get about 15 minutes of play time. If you get this boat, I suggest that you buy another rechargeable battery so you can have longer play time. Otherwise, this boat is the best one I have ever bought. I definitely recommend this product.
I bought this for a mate and he is very happy with it. Says it goes fast and is a lot of fun.
Recently purchased the PX-16 RC boat runs great, but for only short time ( 5 min. tops )as the battery runs down prematurely. Purchaseed another 7.2 v battery & it is far superior & lasts 15 min.
